We are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Product Delivery Specialist to structure and manage our digital initiatives from concept through production, and to make sure every solution is ready for a reliable rollout.

Responsibilities

• Own digital initiatives end-to-end: from concept and requirements through development, testing and production release.
• Coordinate internal resources, external developers and consultants across multiple workstreams.
• Define scope, roadmaps, milestones and delivery plans, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Oversee testing, UAT, version control and release management.
• Ensure solutions are documented, stable and ready for a dependable rollout across regional branches.
• Report progress, risks and blockers clearly to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering digital products or internal business applications from concept to production.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, Agile/Scrum, testing and release management.
• Experience coordinating developers, vendors and business users.
• Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Business Central, Azure, Copilot) is highly valuable.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
