Content Creator & Graphic Designer – Corporate Presentations, Social Media & Video (Remote, UAE-Based Company)

We are looking for a Content Creator & Graphic Designer to develop, design and manage high-quality digital and visual content for a group of construction and contracting companies. You will produce corporate presentations, graphics, marketing and recruitment materials, internal communications, social media content and videos in line with the company's corporate identity, coordinating remotely with HR, Administration, Management, Projects and Tendering teams.

Responsibilities
- Design corporate presentations, company profiles, brochures, posters, banners, flyers, certificates, invitations, recruitment ads and HR communication materials.
- Create digital content for the website, LinkedIn and other approved platforms: concepts, layouts, captions, visual themes and campaigns.
- Produce short-form videos, reels, animations and promotional clips; edit photos and videos received from project sites, offices and events; add titles, captions, transitions and branding.
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, management reports, dashboards, infographics and visual summaries; support tender and project presentations.
- Create and schedule approved social media content and maintain a record of published materials.
- Maintain approved design templates and a well-organised digital asset library; ensure 100% compliance with branding guidelines.
- Review all content for spelling, grammar, alignment and visual quality before submission; complete revisions promptly.
- Provide daily/weekly progress updates, attend online coordination calls and remain available during working hours.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, Communications, IT or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in graphic design and content creation, including corporate branding and social media content. Experience in construction or contracting companies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (or equivalent) and advanced PowerPoint presentation design.
- Video editing and multimedia content creation skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar); photography and image editing.
- Creativity with strong attention to detail, organisation and the ability to manage multiple requests under deadlines.
- Clear communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
